2.2 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Ordering and Delivery

3.1 Order Placement:
By placing an order through Best Food, you agree to provide accurate information regarding your order, delivery address, and payment details.<br><br>

3.2 Delivery:
We strive to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. However, external factors may impact delivery times, and we cannot guarantee specific delivery times.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment Information:
You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information. You are responsible for any charges incurred using your account.

4.2 Payment Authorization:
By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the specified amount for your order and any additional fees that may apply.

4.3 Commission Structure:

4.3.1 Restaurant Owners:

Best Food deducts a commission of 10% from the restaurant owners, from the total value of each order placed through the platform by customers.
This commission applies to the order subtotal, excluding delivery charges, and other fees.

4.3.2 Other Suppliers:

Best Food deducts a commission of 5% from other suppliers, from the total value of each order placed through the platform by customers.
This commission applies to the order subtotal, excluding delivery charges, and other fees.

4.4 Adjustments:

The commission rates specified in section 4.3 are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted with advance notice. Payments to restaurant owners and other suppliers will be calculated net of the applicable commission. Best Food will deduct the commission (10% for restaurant owners and 5% for other suppliers) from the total order value before processing payments. The remaining amount, after deducting the commission, will be disbursed to restaurant owners and other suppliers.

5. User Conduct

5.1 Compliance: You agree to use Best Food services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

5.2 Prohibited Conduct: You may not engage in any conduct that, in our sole discretion, restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying our services.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Ownership:
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Best Food website are owned or licensed by us. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for any reason, including a breach of these terms.
